Where are you located?

We are located in Quezon City and Antipolo City. We do not operate a physical store or dine-in location. Our addresses are for order pick-up only.

Quezon City Branch: 267 Minnesota Mansion Condominium, Ermin Garcia St., Cubao, Quezon City

Pick-up Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) 

Antipolo City Commissary: 35 Garcia Ave, Bankers Village Phase 2, Brgy. Santa Cruz, Antipolo City

Pick-up Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)

Do you deliver orders?

We do not deliver ourselves. We require customers to book their preferred courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) for order pick-up and delivery.

Please note: We only handle deliveries in areas covered by these couriers. Our products are not suitable for shipping via cargo services (LBC, J&T Express, etc.), as this will not preserve the quality and appearance of our chocolates.

Do you offer same-day delivery, and what is the process?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time.

Our order cut-off is 3 PM for same-day delivery.

Can I mix and match flavors in one box or container?

No. We currently only offer one flavor per box for our Nama Chocolate and one type of Nibbles per container.

What are your payment methods and policies?

Payments can be made through BPI Bank Transfer or GCash.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)? Strictly, no cash on delivery.

Can we include the delivery fee in our payment transaction? We do not accept the inclusion of your delivery fee. We only accept payments that amount to your total orders.
